It is the right of Kwick Packaging that they can distribute free samples or display the custom created printed boxes for the customers in order to showcase the expertise and display the designs to other customers.
This is to alarm you by the Kwick Packaging that user is well aware that all the information and content displayed on the website, that is, written material, software, data, images, photographs, graphics, designs and all other content which is collectively termed to be ‘Our Website Content’ is under the owner ship of www.kwickpackaging.com.
It is illegal to copy or republish website data or any content.
Customer should be responsible and security of his password and account. You are responsible for the use of website content. You agree that you never use our content along with your product or don’t share with any third party .
You or any other person , who has access to your account commit any illegal action or place any order or make changes in already placed order should be consider seriously, as we supposed that these action is taken by the authorized person only.
You acknowledge that all the design available at our website should not be transferred to any third party. All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages and any other materials are the responsibility of the person that produced such Content. The customer must notify Kwickpackaging.com™ within 2-3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. Kwickpackaging.com™ will not be responsible for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.
In order to receive replacement products, the customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product to the address they received their shipment from within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without the prior written return authorization from Kwickpackaging.com™
All charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason. No Exceptions.

• Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed.
• PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days:
• Free Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.
• Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval
• EXPRESS – Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days
• FREE Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.
• Products will be shipped within 6 business day after final proof approval
• In all cases, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping times.
Kwickpackaging.com™will always act to print and ship orders in a timely manner. In no case shall Kwickpackaging.com™be liable for any consequences or damages resulting from any delay in the production, shipping, or delivery of the ordered products.
All Kwickpackaging.com™customers agree not to hold Kwickpackaging.com™ liable for delays in shipments caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond Kwickpackaging.com™’s direct control. Kwickpackaging.com™shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and recent order history.
Kwickpackaging.com™will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping processes. In case of delays in the printing or shipping processes, rush charges or expedite fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the printing or shipping processes.
All Kwickpackaging.com™customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on the good that are shipped to their respective locations. It is the responsibility of the customers to make arrangements to clear customs for shipments delivered outside the United States.
DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for any visible signs of damage or missing items (when compared to the items listed on the enclosed packaging slips or invoices) before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify Kwickpackaging.com™ and the delivery courier immediately. Kwickpackaging.com™ will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims that are not filed by the customer within 3 business days of order delivery. Kwickpackaging.com™ is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
Each ordered product is usually shipped with few extra pieces that are free of charge. Seldom order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underage’s or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if the exact quantity is needed, then it is suggested that customers should order 10% over the required quantity.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that have to be reshipped due to the fact that an error was made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address.

Kwick Packaging can provide design files only in low resolution.
If you demand for high resolution design file. We can made it only for you in reasonable price. For further details you can contact us on www.kwickpackaging.com.
Customer can provide us its own designs, design should be in high resolution like minimum 300 DPI resolution . Provided design should be in CMYK format.
The company is not responsible of difference in color shades and color scheme due to format RBG to CMYK format conversion.
Moreover we are not responsible of distorted or messy design provided by customer.
Color similarity and hardcopy proof:
We try to regenerate same Color scheme which is approved by the customer in his hardcopy provided to the company, the accuracy of colors reproduction is 90%, we try best to regenerate same as proof but we are not guaranteed about that because of printing limitations and color format.
No Liability for Errors:
www.kwickpackaging.com is not to be considered responsible if there are errors in the final printed product like:
Spelling and Grammar mistakes, Font Mistakes
Graphics punctuation, percolating marks
Erroneous fonts, Die lines, cropping marks. Cracks in folds
Over printing errors
Difference in finished product size

Return and Refund Policy
If you find any fault in printing of your product or the product is not printed according to your specifications, you need to inform the company with 3 working days after receiving your order. In case of the faulty printing or not specified printing we reprint your original order but don’t refund the money. Defect checking is done by the management team. The customers need to send the defective product’s digital photos to the company using their own expenditure within 7 business days in order to receive the reprint of your product. Accelerated orders have charges which are non refundable.
Payment Order Placement, Cancellations
The prices of products are in USD (U.S Dollars) on our website. Also payment will be received in the same currency. The company starts working on your requested order if they have received the total amount due on you which includes taxes, shipping charges etc via some authenticated payment source.
The order placement also includes sending the company final form of the product or services via electronic file or hard copy of the ordered product or services they need the company to do for them. The printing tasks are sent to the press department once you are sure about what you want from us. After the task is sent to the press department no changes are made in anything regarding timing and design. However you can cancel the order within the limited duration of 4 hours after proof approval. This cancellation will cost you 25£ and 5% of the total payment of your order. The customers also have the option to cancel their order after a 24 hour limit however this will cost them a 50% of the total payment of their order to cover up the time and Resources the Company wasted in making your product. Although the company don’t assures that one can cancel their order after the 24 hour time limit.
Changes to our Website and Terms and Conditions:
Kwick Packaging have the authority to change any section of our website or Terms and Conditions any time with or without notice to the customers of kwickpackaging.com. The new changes will be in effect as they become the part of terms and conditions of our website. If you keep using the website after new changes to the terms, it will be considered as your agreement to the new changes.
