Production timelines begin after final artwork approval and payment confirmation. Standard turnaround may vary by product type and quantity. Rush services are available upon request at an additional cost.
While we strive for accurate color reproduction, variations may occur due to monitor differences and print process limitations. Color accuracy is approximately 90% based on the provided CMYK files. We are not liable for color differences resulting from RGB-to-CMYK conversion or client-submitted low-resolution designs.
It shall be the client's responsibility to provide artwork that is 300 DPI in CMYK and print-ready. We accept no liabilities for typos, art issues, or registration problems on submitted artwork.
Clients must report print defects, damages, or missing items within 3 working days after delivery. For reprints, 99% of the product must be returned (at the client's expense) within 10 days to the original shipping address.
The Company shall not be liable for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All rush charges and expedited fees are non-refundable.
Customers must inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage to both Kwick Packaging and the carrier within 3 business days. We are not liable for third-party shipping errors or losses. Additional charges may apply for incorrect shipping addresses.
